Hardbound tall 8vo in a bit later half leather binding with the original soft cloth wrappers decorated with a gilt elephant. Spot below on spine, else a fine binding. One map mildly waterstained, else clean and fresh copy interior with only occasional spots. Exlibris inside front board. Interesting illustrated with 27 steel- engraved and lithographed plates hand coloured and sepia toned + 4 maps of which 2 are folded.
